Simple terms for using MilesCall

What MilesCall provides

MilesCall is an independent search and notification tool for published Cathay Pacific award-seat availability. It is provided for personal, non-commercial travel research. We are not Cathay Pacific, Asia Miles, oneworld, or a travel agent, and this service is not endorsed by or affiliated with any of them.

Availability and redemption

Results are indicative only. Award seats, mileage prices, taxes, fees, routes, schedules, cabins and redemption rules can change without notice. A result in MilesCall does not reserve a seat, create a booking, or guarantee that a redemption will complete. Always check the final itinerary and price on Cathay's official website before making travel plans.

Alerts

Email alerts are a convenience feature, not a guaranteed delivery service. An alert may be delayed, duplicated, filtered by your email provider, or not sent because availability changes between checks. You remain responsible for checking and completing any redemption yourself. You may stop an alert through its private management link.

Fair use

• Use MilesCall for lawful, personal travel planning.
• Do not use automated tools, scraping, bulk requests, or other methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access another person's alert, or interfere with the service.
• Do not rely on MilesCall as the sole basis for a financial, travel, or booking decision.

Service changes and liability

MilesCall is offered as available and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for missed awards, unavailable seats, booking errors, data errors, travel disruption, or losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use MilesCall after an update means you accept the revised terms.
